Digital Marketing

The Digital Marketing department manages online marketing strategies, campaigns, and analytics for our clients. We help businesses grow their digital presence through targeted content, social media management, and performance marketing.

  • Social Media Management — Content planning, creation, scheduling, and community management across platforms
  • Content Strategy — Developing content calendars, blog strategies, and messaging frameworks
  • Digital Customer Care — Monitoring and responding to client audiences across digital channels
  • Short-form Content — Creating engaging short-form video and visual content series
  • Blog & Long-form Content — Writing, editing, and publishing blog posts and articles
  • Campaign Management — Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Analytics & Reporting — Tracking performance metrics and providing actionable insights

Marketing projects are tracked under 2025 Marketing Projects in the ClickUp Projects Directory, with the Inkblot Marketing 2026 space using a sprint-based workflow.

The marketing team operates on a sprint-based workflow within the Inkblot Marketing 2026 space:

  1. Backlog — All upcoming marketing tasks and content ideas are captured in the backlog
  2. Sprint Planning — Tasks are prioritised and pulled into the active sprint (using the Sprint Template)
  3. Execution — Content is created, reviewed, and scheduled/published during the sprint
  4. Review & Reporting — Performance is reviewed at the end of each sprint to inform the next cycle

For client-specific marketing work, the workflow aligns with the client’s needs and reporting cadence.
