Web Design & Development
The Web Design & Development department builds and maintains websites and web applications for our clients. We specialise in modern, performant web experiences using a headless CMS architecture.
What We Do
Section titled “What We Do”- Web Design — Translating UI designs into responsive, accessible web interfaces
- Frontend Development — Building component-driven frontends with Astro and modern web technologies
- CMS Integration — Implementing content management with Sanity, enabling clients to manage their own content
- Hosting & Deployment — Setting up and managing hosting infrastructure on Vercel
- Performance Optimisation — Ensuring fast load times, SEO best practices, and Core Web Vitals compliance
- Maintenance & Support — Ongoing updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements for live sites

- Backlog — Project identified but not yet scoped
- Scoping — Requirements gathering and technical planning in progress
- Scoped — Scope defined and ready for design or development
- In Design — UI/UX design phase (collaboration with Product Design)
- In Development — Active coding and CMS setup
- In Review — Code review, QA testing, and client review
- Live - Pending Changes — Site is live but has outstanding changes to complete
- Live — Site is deployed and active with no pending work
- Shipped — Project fully delivered and closed out
- Decommissioned — Site no longer active or maintained

- Scoping — Define requirements, technical approach, and timeline
