To request access to any tool:

  1. Contact Adriana van Rooyen (adriana@inkblot.co.za) for operations tools (ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack)
  2. Contact Lea Terblanche (lea@inkblot.co.za) for design tools (Figma)
  3. Contact Jonathan de Kock (jonathan@inkblot.co.za) for development tools (GitHub, Vercel, Sanity)

Access is provisioned based on your role and the projects you are assigned to. You will receive invitations via email for each tool during onboarding.

  • Use strong, unique passwords for every service
  • Use a password manager to store and generate passwords
  • Never share passwords via Slack, email, or any unencrypted channel
  • Required on: GitHub, Google Workspace, Vercel, Sanity
  • Recommended on: All other services that support it
  • Use an authenticator app (not SMS) where possible
  • Avoid shared accounts wherever possible — each team member should have their own login
  • Where shared accounts are unavoidable (e.g., certain client tools), credentials are stored securely in a shared password manager

Inkblot follows the principle: ClickUp is the library, Google Drive is the file store. The two mirror each other. Project documentation, tasks, and references live in ClickUp; files, assets, and documents live in Google Drive. Both are organised using the same project and client structure.

When a team member leaves Inkblot:

  1. Revoke access — All tool access is revoked within one business day of the departure date
  2. Transfer ownership — Any files, projects, or accounts owned by the departing team member are transferred to an appropriate colleague
  3. Deactivate email — The @inkblot.co.za email account is deactivated and an auto-forward is set up if needed
  4. Update ClickUp — The team member’s status is updated in the Talent Management space (moved to Previous Employees)
  5. Audit — Adriana and K-Lee confirm all access has been revoked across all platforms

K-Lee Jubber (Talent Management, k-lee@octoco.ltd) coordinates offboarding alongside Adriana.
