Templates
This page links to reusable templates that the team can use across projects. Templates are maintained in both ClickUp (as task templates and docs) and Google Drive (as file templates). The principle is: ClickUp is the library, Google Drive is the file store.
Template Directory (from ClickUp)
Section titled “Template Directory (from ClickUp)”The following templates are managed in the Templates Directory within the Operations Knowledge Base on ClickUp:

Proposals
Section titled “Proposals”Proposal templates are managed in the Proposals space on ClickUp, organised by service category:
- CI — Corporate Identity / Branding proposals
- UI/UX — Product Design proposals
- Web — Web Design & Development proposals
- Marketing — Digital Marketing proposals
- Commerce — E-commerce proposals
Each category contains a standardised proposal structure with sections for scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and terms. Proposals are customised per client but follow the established template format.
Project Briefs
Section titled “Project Briefs”Project brief templates provide a structured format for capturing project requirements during the discovery and scoping phase. Briefs typically include:
- Client overview and business context
- Project objectives and success criteria
- Target audience
- Scope and deliverables
- Technical requirements and constraints
- Timeline and budget
- Reference material and inspiration
Meeting Notes
Section titled “Meeting Notes”Meeting notes are captured in ClickUp using the Meetings workflow under Internal Operations. The standard format includes:
- Date and attendees
- Agenda items
- Discussion notes
- Decisions made
- Action items (assigned to specific team members with due dates)
Proposal-specific meetings are tracked under the Proposal Meetings workflow.
Reports
Section titled “Reports”Retrospectives
Section titled “Retrospectives”Retrospective templates are maintained in the Operations Knowledge Base on ClickUp under Retrospectives. These are used for post-project reviews to capture what went well, what could be improved, and action items for future projects.
Performance Reviews
Section titled “Performance Reviews”Performance review templates are used as part of the Talent Management process:
- Monthly Check Point — Lightweight monthly review template for regular performance conversations
- Bi-Annual Performance Review — Comprehensive review template used twice per year for in-depth performance assessment
These templates are managed by K-Lee Jubber (Talent Management) in the Performance Management section of the Talent Management space on ClickUp.
SOP Templates
Section titled “SOP Templates”The SOP Library in the Operations Knowledge Base provides a reference list of Inkblot SOPs. The Master SOP Index is a living document that indexes potential SOPs for Inkblot’s future operations. SOPs are activated selectively as needed — not all SOPs in the index are currently active.
Onboarding Resources
Section titled “Onboarding Resources”Onboarding templates and guides are maintained under the Onboarding Guides section of the Operations Knowledge Base and the Onboarding list in Internal Operations. These cover orientation, introductions, shadowing, and support during first projects.
Case Studies
Section titled “Case Studies”Case study templates are available in the Case Studies section of the Operations Knowledge Base for documenting completed projects and client success stories.
